The first phase of the project includes 40 apartments in owner-occupied housing and 16 social housing units distributed over two four-storey buildings plus a penthouse with large terrace. The lower levels have generous balconies. Close to En Sauvy school, complementary school facilities and a two-level daycare center are integrated. The project includes an expandable underground parking and a technical room for district heating (CAD) with pellet boilers. The concrete structure and prefabricated facade elements are designed for waterproofing and aesthetics, with balconies creating a wave effect. The buildings, with high energy potential, use single-flow ventilation for residential units and double-flow ventilation for common areas.
