The approximately 13,000 m² property in Zurich Affoltern was developed from autumn 2006 for the residential settlement «N-Joy» with four multi-family houses as well as its own sports and parking facility. The houses with a total of 104 apartments are characterized by their timeless, modern architecture. A very special touch is given to the new buildings through the screen-printed facade cladding.
