A total of four new buildings for offices and apartments are being created on the former MIBA site. The office spaces in the upper floors of House C are organized around two core zones and allow for very flexible floor plan layouts. The entire energy requirement for heating in winter and cooling in summer is provided by ground probes and bivalent heat pumps. With the thermally insulated building envelope and high-quality triple glazing, House C meets the requirements of the Minergie standard.
