The development is completed towards the south by the triangular office building. This forms a noise barrier against road traffic for the residential units behind it.
On the ground floor of the office building, a shopping gallery is planned behind an arcade. On the ground floor there are maisonette apartments with single-family house character and front garden-like courtyard. Above the maisonette apartments, there are apartments of various sizes on four floors with bay windows and semi-circular balconies.
Protected by the office building, the inner courtyard of the residential park with biotope equally forms the heart of the development as a community center.
