The «Residenza ensemen» in Domat/Ems is a joint project of the civic and political municipalities. Two central apartment buildings offer modern, bright apartments to Minergie standards. Building B comprises 12 barrier-free 2½ to 4½ room apartments, some with a label for assisted living. A daycare center and offices are located on the ground floor. All apartments have a loggia, parquet flooring, modern kitchens, a storage room and optional parking space.
