Along the Lorze riverbank, a three-storey office building closes the last building gap on Werkstattgasse. Approximately 900 m² of attractive and excellently lit office space will be created. The modern, high-ceiling office rooms in the new building reflect the industrial charm of the surrounding, partly heritage-protected buildings. New settings for future success stories are being created here. The building offers a total area of 880 m² for office and commercial use on three floors as well as generous storage space in the basement. Parking spaces are located directly at the entrance, and gastronomy as well as retail are easily accessible on foot.
