The Felice project in Vitznau comprises eleven owner-occupied apartments and a commercial unit. The architecture by FORMIS Architekten uses wooden façades for natural integration into the surroundings. Technically, it stands out with a lake water heat pump system that provides heating in winter and "free cooling" in summer.
