CITYBAY realizes the vision of urban planning fusion of urbanity and quality of life. In the heart of Lucerne, a two-minute walk from the train station, the KKL and the lake, two real estate funds of Credit Suisse and Anliker AG are building the new work and residential quarter CITYBAY.
By summer 2011, a total of 55 stylishly designed 2.5 - 5.5 room apartments and approximately 8,500 m² of attractive office space will be created. Retail and gastronomy uses are also planned on the ground floors.
