Event Hall - Fabrik Event- & -Kitchen Brew- Allschwil

After more than three years of guest brewing in the Basel area and surrounding region at the Brasserie de Saint-Louis and at the family brewery Rogg in the Black Forest, Fabian Ehinger, with the support of Peter Oppliger, opened one of Switzerland's youngest microbreweries in the new Fabrik event hall in Allschwil near Basel in November 2016. Set up in an old printing house with plenty of vintage industrial charm from the 1950s.
