The new construction project Le Pont – Living Learning in Brünnen of the Eisenbahner Construction Cooperative Bern combines around 30 passive houses and special education school facilities of the Family Support Foundation Bern West under one roof. Architect Ernst Gerber Architekten + Planer focuses on meeting zones, a shared roof garden, and sustainable building technology without fossil fuels. Construction started in August 2025, with occupancy planned for the course of 2027.
