The Swiss Technical School Winterthur (STFW) is expanding its campus with the "Craftsmen City" project. Around 22,000 square meters will see the development of a new school building with 6,100 m² of educational space, a multi-story car park with over 290 parking spaces, and a hotel with 42 rooms by 2027. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on July 11, 2024. This modern training center will be used in particular for building technology and skilled trades, and will sustainably strengthen the educational landscape of the Winterthur region.
