Complete conversion and renovation of the office spaces in the heritage-protected building in the center of Zurich for the new lease of approximately 5,000 m² of office space.
The existing building of the Zurich Merchants Association was constructed from 1913 onwards, with the second phase starting in 1928, and was used as a school and association building.
The last major conversions in the office floors were carried out in 1974 and 1984.
Various building sections are "heritage-protected" and will be restored.
Earthquake safety will be improved and the building's structure above the large rooms will be adapted.
The interior fitout will be converted to modern office spaces wherever possible.
The tenants' requirements for large open spaces can be met in many areas.
The entire interior fitout from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor will be completely renewed.
