The Hohwies settlement in Oetwil am See consists of three hybrid multi-family houses with a concrete base and four-storey timber-hybrid construction. Spacious loggias, shared green spaces with wildflower meadows and fruit trees characterize the ensemble. Planning from 2022, construction from 2024; completion is expected in 2026.
