The construction project for the renovation and expansion of the Chur Court of Appeal includes the restoration of the historic state building and a new annex. The building is being brought up to the latest technological standards, including measures for energy efficiency and accessibility, as well as improvements to room acoustics. Particularly, the two-storey courtroom will be restored and used as a central element for court proceedings. The extension building will offer modern offices and an underground car park, while the existing building will be historically enhanced.
