The new residential high-rise project Leutschenbach comprises an 80-meter-tall tower with 223 rental apartments. The apartments range from 1.5 to 3.5 rooms and are distributed across 26 floors. The building offers semi-public communal spaces and a roof garden. Designed with sustainable technology, such as district heating and a photovoltaic system, it was developed with the aim of achieving SNBS Gold certification.
