Strubenacher Living in Zumikon comprises 19 Minergie-ECO terraced single-family houses with 5½ rooms and approximately 188–213 m² of living space. Mixed construction of wood and concrete, photovoltaics, ground source heat pump with free cooling and ecological materials characterize the sustainable concept. Construction begins in spring 2025, completion is scheduled for summer 2027.
