At Auwiesenstrasse 27 in Zurich, the new construction project AUWI is being developed, comprising 29 stylish rental apartments with 1.5 to 3.5 rooms. The architecture is characterized by natural colors and well-thought-out, compact floor plans that harmonize beautifully with the green surroundings. The project is designed sustainably and meets the Minergie standard through the use of ground source heat pumps and photovoltaic systems.
