The Wipkingen community center will be renovated and rebuilt from spring 2024 to the end of 2026. The measures include the renovation of the building envelope, the renewal of heating bodies as well as the connection to a heat pump for district heating supply. In addition, ventilation, electrical, lighting and utility line installations will be modernized. The "Blaue Saal" will be realized as a new replacement building.
