The new building at Haldenstrasse 20 in Zurich-Binz comprises 26 modern rental apartments, an underground garage and diverse outdoor spaces with balconies. The polygonal building structure responds to the sloping terrain and existing tree population; the building will be Minergie-certified. Technically, a photovoltaic system is installed on the flat roof, heat pumps and ground probes provide sustainable energy supply.
