The building consists of a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors. In the basement are cellars, a technical room, and a parking hall. On the ground floor, medical practices with consultation rooms, X-ray and waiting rooms, offices, and an operating room are planned. The upper floors contain apartments. The building's load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete ceilings, reinforced concrete walls, and prefabricated supports. The roof is also made of concrete.
