The new construction of the retirement apartments «Residenza Ensemen» in Domat/Ems comprises two buildings, each with their own uses. Building A offers 16 apartments for supported living as well as a restaurant and home care facilities on the ground floor, while Building B will house a daycare center and office spaces as well as another 12 age-appropriate apartments. The goal of the project is to create housing options with social infrastructure for seniors and promote community exchange.
