This project brings together various uses within a single building to promote interaction, with a centralized common access. A second pavilion building to the north, isolated from the road, complements the program and can operate autonomously, serving the neighborhood and other institutions. The open space to the southwest is intended for the nursery's outdoor areas and landscape arrangements. The project includes the construction of a residential building with 30 apartments, an early childhood center with childcare, and parish and community facilities.
