The Wengihof business building is located in Zurich's most diverse district and receives a contemporary and representative appearance with its new facade. In addition to many trendy restaurants and various shopping facilities, many different companies also have their headquarters here. The connection to public transport as well as to motorways is excellent.
The building complex was constructed in 1966/67. The two addresses Wengistrasse and Engelstrasse were planned as independent buildings, but with similar structure and design expression. Both buildings are designed as pure commercial buildings, which will also be maintained after the renovation.
