At an elevated location, above the village center of Köniz, a total of nine apartment buildings are being built in Schliern. In the first construction phase, a row building along Muhlernstrasse with rental apartments as well as five point buildings with a total of 30 owner-occupied apartments will be realized. Three additional point buildings – exclusively owner-occupied apartments – will follow in a second phase. All apartments will be built to the Minergie® standard.
