The administrative complex "Bloom" in Lausanne, built between 1987 and 1993, is currently undergoing complete renovation to meet SNBS and MINERGIE-Renovation standards. The work includes reorganization of spaces, modernization of technical installations, fire protection, improvement of seismic resistance, and reduction of CO2 emissions and electrical consumption. The project also includes the creation of new facades and improvement of thermal insulation. Structural interventions involve reinforcement of slabs, closure of the central hall, and seismic remediation. Additionally, the two entrance canopies will be rebuilt in metal structure.
