After a construction period of 22 months, Allreal was able to complete the expansion of a workshop building and the construction of a new office building on Kreuzstrasse on schedule.
The expansion building of the existing workshop building, used by the Opera House, has a usable floor area of 1,670 square meters.
Allreal created the office building, used by the Opera House and a private bank, for its own portfolio.
