The rapidly growing Biopole Lausanne site is planning the construction of three new buildings totaling over 23,000 m² of offices and laboratories by 2024. The project, led by Losinger Marazzi SA with Arcadie, Architram and SP Solutions, aims to accommodate life sciences companies. The buildings will meet Minergie®-P standards with timber-frame facades and will be integrated into a verdant setting. Biopole, labeled Nature & Économie, is distinguished by its modern infrastructure and dynamic ecosystem. The site already hosts over 100 companies and research institutes.
