In the first of two planned construction phases, 312 rental and owner-occupied apartments will be built in the Hofstetterfeld area over the next two to six years. Currently planned are 46 2½-room apartments, 130 3½-room apartments as well as 126 4½-room apartments and 10 5½-room apartments. All apartments will have generous living space – they will be bright, modern and equipped with the latest appliances. Move-in from spring 2014.
