The project presents contemporary architecture with refined lines in a peaceful and connected setting, with views of the Alps and Lake Geneva. The three buildings, arranged on a delta-shaped plot, form a dynamic composition oriented towards the mountains. Each ground-floor dwelling features vast private garden terraces, while the upper floors benefit from spacious terraces. The buildings offer a variety of duplexes and apartments with large spaces that can be customized according to the occupants' needs. The architectural implementation, entrusted to Atelier Zéro 2, optimizes the position of the residences to maximize panoramic views.
