Volta Basel Construction Site 2.3

The Volta Basel site in the north of the city of Basel is transforming from a former industrial location into a vibrant, mixed-use district in the St. Johann quarter. Diverse uses are planned, including apartments, offices, shops, and generous open spaces with green and nature conservation zones. Construction work began in January 2024 and will be carried out in phases. The overall completion of the project is scheduled for autumn 2027. In particular, construction site 2.1 is expected to be ready for occupancy by autumn 2026.
