The new building has 126 residential units and 139 beds. In addition to the actual retirement and nursing home spaces, a dementia care unit with 18 rooms will be created. Also integrated into the project is the construction of ten retirement apartments as well as rentable spaces for external service providers. The municipality expects the shell construction to be completed in one year. Move-in is planned for summer 2016.
