The Mühle Grüsch is being converted into a sustainable residential project with 52 modern apartments. The Mühle tower will offer impressive views of the Prättigau mountain landscape from November 2025 onwards, while the Mühle building will be ready for occupancy from December. The project sets new standards in ecological construction: recycled concrete, photovoltaic facade, and deconstruction certification according to DGNB standard. Historical elements such as graffiti art have been integrated to preserve the past.
