NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TRAPEZ
The City-Garden-Living project by Harder Spreyermann Architekten Zürich convinced in the competition. The high-quality yet unpretentious architectural language, the physicality and materiality of the existing buildings served as a guide for the replacement newbuild.
With 20 age-appropriate apartments for individuals and couples as well as 8 generous family apartments, the housing offer of the settlement is meaningfully supplemented.
A forward-looking project by Baugenossenschaft Vrenelisgärti is taking shape.
