In the center of Uster, Seewarte AG is realizing a development project. This is intended to create a new city center and at the same time achieve densification in the center of Uster. The development is being realized in cooperation with the Canton of Zurich and the City of Uster on a property of around 4,000 square meters. It consists of three residential buildings of varying heights with a total of around 106 rental apartments. A shared ground floor with commercial spaces and a café connects these.
