Office Building Bruechstrasse

The property represents a transition to the industrial and commercial zone in terms of the townscape. Together with the fire station building on the north side of the building, a gateway situation is created. In the direction of the slope, there is also a transition from the protected core zone located south of the office building to the residential area to the north. From these circumstances, the planners formulated a free-form solitary structure, which is covered all around with fine stoneware strips. The topography is also a determining factor for the architectural expression.

On Bruechstrasse, the building appears 3½ stories high and on the upper Kirchgasse 5 stories high. This results in four fully usable upper floors, a basement, and an underground parking garage. Both externally and internally, great emphasis is placed on sustainability and ecology.
