The ideal conditions of a very quiet location and proximity to nature formed the basis of the concept: the realization of modern apartments in harmony with the surroundings. The design idea is characterized by generous spaces with various floor plan variants, maximum privacy and differently designed outdoor areas. Other important aspects were the inclusion of mountain and lake views as well as the re-establishment of the distinctive tree population on the property.
