The new Burkwil development in Meilen is a multi-generational settlement consisting of six buildings with around 100 rental apartments and commercial spaces. The construction aims for sustainability, using materials such as wood and clay to achieve a minimal carbon footprint. The first apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy from November 2025, with additional units to be completed by May 2026.
