At Zuntwisweg 3, 5 and 7 in Gutenswil, 20 modern, comfortable, accessible and wheelchair-friendly 2.5 to 5.5 room owner-occupied and rental apartments with a communal room (cafeteria) were realized from autumn 2007 to spring 2009. The apartments are housed in two separate building sections. The elevators provide access to all residential and basement floors. All apartments can be reached without steps from the parking garage and from the building entrances.
