The «Gerichtsstrasse 1a» project in Uster is a striking new building in the core zone. The architecture by raumfindung architekten interprets the villa typology in a contemporary way with an almost square floor plan and a characteristic tower room. Technically, the urban building block comprises seven apartments as well as commercial spaces and is functionally closely linked to the adjacent Maison Hulot development.
