In the heart of the vibrant Hardquartier, between Albisriederplatz and Stadion Letzigrund, the newly built residential and commercial building «city4» is located.
The stylish new building «city4» offers the highest standard of residential comfort in a central location. 119 apartments with modern floor plans are distributed over six upper floors.
However, it is not only the apartments that are extremely attractive, but also the building itself. In its heterogeneous surroundings, it stands out through its cool, self-assured appearance and the modern formal language of its architecture. The clearly structured exposed concrete façade subtly absorbs the character of the surroundings and reinterprets it. The rounded corners are characteristic of «city4». They give the building an elegant sophistication. On the southeastern side of the building, a small green oasis is created that invites its residents to linger.
