The «Müllerbräu Site» project in Baden combines historic building substance with modern urban design. Three industrial buildings (brewhouse, boiler house, malt silo) are preserved, while new base structures are built in a U-shape around the protected beer garden. Technically, the new construction includes 137 modern rental apartments as well as commercial spaces connected to the district heating network.
