The «Living Nidelbad» project by the St. Stephanus Foundation comprises 22 modern rental apartments in Rüschlikon. The architecture is characterized by a terraced construction method that harmoniously integrates into the sloping terrain with views of Lake Zurich. Technically, the development is realized according to high energy standards, including modern heat supply through geothermal probes and photovoltaics.
