The «Dreiklang» project in Zurich-Seebach comprises three iconic, slightly angled building structures with 210 rental apartments. The architecture by Müller Sigrist features a distinctive clinker brick facade and two green courtyards with urban gardening. Technically, the development is designed as a joint self-consumption community that shares electricity via photovoltaic panels and is heated through district heating as well as underfloor heating.
