The residential buildings of the Cattaneo area offer 37 spacious and bright multi-storey apartments and lofts. The apartments feature open floor plans with areas between 80 and 145 m². The apartments, mostly comprising 3½ rooms, can be individually expanded with an additional room. All apartments have large balconies or terraces. The development provides space for up to 16 commercial units. Their differentiated character offers diverse uses in the service and retail sectors. The commercial spaces range from 70 to 300 m² in size.
SPECIAL FEATURES
The courtyard between the new residential buildings and the existing buildings along Badenerstrasse continues the character of a commercial courtyard. The residential buildings are accessed from it.
