The area development «ASC-Areal» in Affoltern am Albis transforms a former printing plant into an urban mixed-use quarter. Architecturally, the ensemble is characterized by a multi-angled long building and a striking corner house. The architecture features two-sided oriented, through-running floor plans. Technically, the project combines flexible commercial space with high-quality residential construction and integrates the restored historic building.
