The three-storey new building «BETPUR» at Betpurstrasse 10 in Affoltern am Albis comprises eight owner-occupied apartments. The architecture is based on a clear, cubic formal language with integrated loggias and large-format window fronts for optimal lighting. Technically, the compact multi-family house features flexible floor plans and barrier-free access to all floors and the underground car park via a central lift core.
