The Loogarten retirement and care center in Esslingen is being expanded by two stories to create additional care rooms and age-appropriate living space. The extension is built in timber construction, which shortens the construction period and minimizes the burden on residents. Completion is planned for spring 2025. In parallel, the dementia ward will be set up on the ground floor of Building B, accompanied by a redesign of the garden. The project is being implemented during ongoing operations to ensure seamless care provision.
