My Project
The Letzihof development at Letzigraben 134/136 in Zurich. My project is being built here. My future home is located in the heart of the up-and-coming Zurich-Albisrieden district. What do I appreciate about it? The proximity to nature, the proximity to the city: The forest at the foot of the Uetliberg is only a few hundred meters away. I can reach the nearest tram stop in three minutes. And the tram takes me to the main train station in 15 minutes.
But the fact that it is my project is not only due to the short distances, but also to the architecture. For example, I like the extra-high ceilings of 2.80 meters. Then the cool floors with the cement synthetic resin coating. Together with the raw concrete walls and the sliding doors, this gives the apartment the charm of a loft. The three inner courtyards in honeycomb form with colored panels on the facade present an emphatically urban appearance. Here, at the intersection of exterior and interior space, there are water basins with glass granulate and lighting. I've always liked urban atmosphere. This is my project.
