Renovation of Brüttisellerstrasse 12 and 14

At Brüttisellerstrasse 12 and 14, a comprehensive building envelope renovation is being carried out, including balcony expansion. The energy modernization concept includes replacing the existing heating system with an environmentally friendly heat pump and installing a new photovoltaic system for self-generated electricity. The landscaping of the affected properties will also be adapted in the course of the construction work.
