The new residential complex Riedmühli in Brüttisellen focuses on sustainability. With contemporary architectural style and a total of 55 residential units, it offers not only comfort but also diverse space for different life stages and housing needs. The architecture stands out through well-thought-out elements, such as a ventilated facade with floor-to-ceiling windows and irregularly wavy fiber cement elements. The settlement integrates harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and is oriented towards its natural form. The buildings are designed according to the "SNBS Gold" label, which means they operate largely independently and resource-efficiently. This includes a heating center with wood pellets as well as electricity generation through photovoltaic systems. The facility also offers a green environment, including an urban garden as a meeting point for residents and a picturesque view of the surrounding green space.
